This LEED 2.0 Commercial Interiors office floor remodel involved a complete overhaul of the floor's ventilation and complex lighting control systems. Basic American Foods was the first tenant improvement in the fourteen story twin tower office complex that involved commissioning.

The office facilities staff was extremely satisfied because Axiom Engineers^SM was able to eliminate many of the tenant complaints that typically follow non-commissioned tenant improvement projects. With the cooperative efforts of the contractors and the commissioning agent, numerous occupant comfort control issuess were quickly resolved, and occupant comfort was assured. The California Plaza Office facilities staff noted that, in their experience, this tenant improvement culminated in the smoothest transition from construction to occupation because of commissioning.
