This project was a new middle school campus with full HVAC, plumbing, site utilities, and fire protection design for eight school buildings.
The classroom buildings each have a gas-fired furnace, and each classroom has a sink. The 3,000 square foot library building has an exposed ductwork system supplied by a grade-mounted packaged air conditioning unit.
The open-air multi-purpose building features overhead forced air heating through exposed ductwork.
The school opened in 1996.
