This project was a complete heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing engineering design service for a design-build contract remodel of the Quail Lodge Resort & Golf Club main clubhouse. The total building area was in excess of 32,000 square feet. The design-build work included full permit plans for the addition of a second commercial kitchen, remodeling of the main ballroom, meeting rooms, pro shop, members’ lounge, men's and women's locker rooms, spa center, and gas heating for outdoor dining area and support areas. This was a split system HVAC design, packaged heating and ventilation design, kitchen exhaust, and make-up for new and remodeled kitchens. The spa area ventilation and pool house snack bar cooking exhaust and make-up air ventilation systems were selected and specified for the contractor.

Axiom Engineers(sm) also did the plumbing remodeling throughout the project including new grease waste system design, standard sanitary system design, high volume domestic hot water system design, roof drainage to site storm system, and gas distribution to all appliances and kitchens.

The mechanical contract value was approximately $1,000,000.
