This project included HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, medical gasses, and site utilities.

This project is a 3-story addition to an existing operating hospital. The facility includes two catherization laboratories, one cardio vascular operating room, patient holding area, waiting areas, offices, a library, and plant support spaces. Also included in this project was the rerouting and the replacement of kitchen waste/grease interceptor, main water line, fuel oil lines, extension of chilled water, and heating hot water from the existing building.

This project was completed in 1997.
